We are seeking an EMR Software Specialist to oversee and assist with all Help Desk requests, incidents, and problems. In this role you will resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, investigating the cause of the problem, explain the best solution to solve the problem, and follow up to ensure resolution.
This role is based in Freehold, NJ and requires 60-70% travel.
