  • Overview

    ManagementPlus has been providing practice management and electronic health records solutions to eye care professionals nationwide since 1995. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, flexible, and organized team oriented individual to provide technical support to new and existing clients. This position provides excellent technical support from the home office to clients across the United States.


    • A minimum of 2 – 4 years of customer service experience in a call center environment and experience supporting client server and workstations is required; experience supporting software products is a plus.
    • The successful candidate for this position will be an individual who takes initiative and is able to quickly learn new software programs, understand client needs, is a problem solver, follows through on commitments, and can thrive in a changing, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Position requires excellent documentation and organizational skills.
    • Must be computer literate in MS Office, Word, and Microsoft Outlook; Excel, and Power Point are a plus.
    • Experience in medical practice management and/or medical terminology a plus.


    • Answer client phone calls, e-mails, faxes, and online requests for assistance
    • Upgrade client’s servers with the latest ManagementPlus software version
    • Document, research, and promptly resolve client issues
    • Execute company, individual, and team goals
