    Qualifications

    -Bachelor’s degree

    -At least 1-2 years of EMR customer service experience

    -Prior SaaS customer service experience a plus

    -Prior ophthalmology practice experience a plus

    -Google Suite of Apps (i,e. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)

    -Microsoft Office Suite

    -Experience with a CRM system

    -Technologically Savvy

    -Ophthalmology/Medical practice experience (preferred but not required)

    -Superior communication, planning, and organizational skills. Able to interact with members of medical practices from the front desk to the physicians and CEOs.

    -Enthusiastic enjoys traveling, team player, and adaptable

    -Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills

    Responsibilities

    -Oversee and assist with all Help Desk requests, incidents, and problems

    -Manage and coordinate appropriate team members during urgent and complicated support issues

    -Work directly with project managers to ensure support of new practices after they have been deployed

    -Schedule and perform training sessions with customers via web conference from the office or on-site at their practice/surgery center

    -Travel to the customer’s practice/surgery center for on-site software support during their deployment

    -Develop strong customer-employee relations
