**Please note this position will report to our Freehold, NJ office.
-At least 1-2 years of EMR customer service experience
- Ability to Multitask
-Strong attention to detail
-Prior SaaS customer service experience a plus
-Prior ophthalmology practice experience a plus
-Oversee and assist with all Help Desk requests, incidents, and problems
-Manage and coordinate appropriate team members during urgent and complicated support issues
-Work directly with project managers to ensure support of new practices after they have been deployed
-Perform training sessions with customers via web conference from the office as needed
-Develop strong customer-employee relations
-Resolves product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint; investigating the cause of the problem; explain the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
