The Director of Sales Operations will play a key role in the development and management of the Sales Operations function for Eye Care Leaders. This person will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of tools and processes to drive sales, through productivity improvement. You will work in conjunction with the Sales Management team to ensure the company’s strategic and commercial goals are met. This individual will have a proven track record of operating as part of a successful sales and marketing organization. This is a role for an experienced sales operations leader and a Salesforce.com expert. The position is primarily a Sales Operations role with a significant focus on Salesforce.com implementation, optimization, and rollout of new solutions, including Pardot, CPQ/Steelbrick, and miscellaneous interfaces and data migrations. In addition to the above, overall process improvement within the sales organization, and strong acumen in financial reporting and budgeting are required. Qualified candidates will have strong program management skills, creative problem-solving skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed.
Location: Charlotte, NC corporate office preferred, but will consider remote for highly qualified candidates
