Overview

This dynamic role will be responsible for driving annuity sales through our IMO channel. This annuity specialist will work closely with their external partner, IMO partners, and producing agents.  They will be making outbound proactive sales calls, as well as taking inbound service related calls.  This hands-on role will require expansive knowledge of the annuity market. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of three to five years Insurance experience, with focus on annuities preferred.
  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, highly competitive environment.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills require.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of running sales territory, while working closely with external partner.
  • Implement territorial business strategies with internal team members that contributed to growth in sales and enhanced external partner relationships. 
  • Directly market and position Fixed and Fixed Index Annuities within the IMO channel. Develop new relationships, maintain current relationships and work towards re-establishing past relationships with IMO partners and producing agents.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships by uncovering needs, providing solutions and advancing the sale. 
  • Create and develope productive working relationships with National Accounts Managers and Internal Relationship Managers to effectively service the CBL selling relationships.
