Are you passionate about winning new business?  Eye Care Leaders  is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team and drive new business.  The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for delivering sales revenue from the ECL suite of products. 


The primary focus of this position is to bring in new business and upsell existing clients.  The Regional Director of Sales will achieve and exceed revenue targets by securing contracts through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.


The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for demonstrating and selling our software and service offerings.  If you are a dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker, with an appreciation for helping Doctors succeed, then this could be the place for you.  We provide the tools so that you can focus on generating revenue, building strong relationships and winning deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional. 


Eye Care Leaders is a pioneer in software solutions and service offerings specifically to healthcare providers in eye care markets.  We specialize in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Services and Practice Management (PM) software, services and training. 



  • 3-5 years selling IT Services/Solutions to large Physician Practices in the Eye Care Space, preferable in the Revenue Cycle industry.
  • Track record of results exceeding sales objectives
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills with complex Practice Management solutions
  • C-level presence and ability to close large $500K deals
  • Experience with Eye Care practices desirable, but not mandatory
  • Winning mentality
  • Three year verifiablequota attainment



  • Salary is range is $75,000 - $90,000 plus generous incentives potential with OTE of $180K plus

  • Effectively manage the sales life cycle: lead generation, building pipeline, accurate forecasting, demo the product, manage deals, negotiation and processing contracts
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Hunt for new business and selling into the base.
  • Make 20-30 outbound calls daily
  • Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative value-added approach to develop relationships
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, and work with implementation teams to ensure smooth product installation handoff
  • Maintain and update sales management tracking systems and reports using SalesForce.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective and existing clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Eye Care Leaders can meet their needs
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Stay current on all Eye Care Leaders system products
  • 20-30% travel required
