We’re a growing, entrepreneurial organization with specialization in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management billing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Director, Customer Relations Accounts. This person will supervise Customer Relations Managers (CRM’s) on client relationship management for RCM services and coordinate with the offshore team for delivery within RCM space. This person will report to the Vice President, Strategic Development and responsible for the day to day interactions with the CRM team to drive quality in implementations of clients.
The person shall work from home and would require up to 40% travel to client locations for reviews/meetings & escalations. This is more of a customer service-based/project management role than a sales role and requires constant phone and face to face contact.
Desired Job Expertise:
The person in this role will work closely with Physicians and Practices from a customer service focus to understand their concerns/feedback on RCM operations and to assist with RCM implementations.The person will be responsible for data analytics for financial health of clients.and will also need to have project management skills in order to coordinate with the offshore operations team to ensure delivery as per client expectations. This person will be the single point of contact for the Clients and handle escalations and communications with a sense of urgency.
